ALL Together
Our Story
Built by generations, for generations.
Two lineages
One operating family.
The Dunkin lineage in Texas finance runs back to D.B. Dunkin, hired in 1945 to run The Harlingen National Bank in the Rio Grande Valley. His son, the late Dial M. Dunkin, founded Dial Dunkin & Associates in 1967 and led Harlingen National through its 1999 sale to Texas Regional Bancshares.
The Roberts lineage runs back to W.D. Roberts, a Refugio welder who taught his sons the value of hard work. His son Alan Roberts founded Pumpco in 1981 with $2,500 and a pickup truck, building it into a pipeline construction company serving customers across the United States before retiring in 2022.
Today, Doak C. Dunkin and Jennifer Roberts Dunkin operate ALL Dunkin from College Station — building forward for the next generation.
How we operate — the values
These aren’t brand attributes. They’re the values we teach our children at home — and how we operate every business in our enterprise.
Work
Hard work is at the core of our success. Dedication, perseverance, and going above and beyond for customers, employees, and community.
Respect
Every person we work with feels valued and heard. Kindness and fairness — so collaboration can thrive.
Gratitude
We stay grounded in thankfulness for the opportunities we’ve been given and the people who make them possible.
Faith
Faith is the foundation — guiding decisions with purpose and integrity, fostering trust and compassion.
Balance
Harmony between work and personal life keeps us focused on what lasts.
